Course Description
The magnificent Mitsui Kanko Tomakomai Golf Club – East Course outside Hokkaido is really a satisfying challenge to all golfers. The fairways are wide with lovely views. From the back tees this course is a test for the long ball hitter. This is a difficult course even for professionals due to its long yardage and deep rough. The Nikkei Cup Professional Tournament was held here in the past.

The Japanese have a reverence for nature and you will sense it as you play their marvelous golf courses. Japan Golf Tours include many of Japan’s top ranked courses and is an unforgettable golf and cultural experience. Tours are offered Spring, Summer and Fall.

The spring tour coincides with one of Japan’s greatest spectacles – “Hanami” or cherry blossom time. This festival stretches from one end of Japan to the other and it is a must-see experience. The Japanese people love their cherry blossoms and they have a lot of them. People serve up picnic lunches underneath the cherry trees and sing traditional songs to hearken the arrival of spring.

The spring “Hanami” Tour includes Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Hakone (the Mt. Fuji area). Participants will play many of Japan’s finest courses. There is also ample time for shopping, sightseeing and relaxing. Participants will stay at some wonderful hotels along the way and be treated to a feast of sights, sounds and tastes.
