Course History and Description:
The Reef Course, at over 6,800 yards, is an 18-hole golf course designed by renowned golf course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. Opened in 2000 by hosting The Our Lucaya PGA Senior Slam won by Hale Irwin, and the annual BRIETLING PRO AM.

This links-type course features big greens and wide, but winding, fairways. Most challenging is the par-4 12th, which is a long 444 yards from the back tees into a prevailing wind. It’s justifiably the number one handicap hole. There’s water on 13 holes, challenging golfers to place their shots carefully against strong tropical winds. Also outstanding is the beautiful 16th, with white-sand bunkers defining the fairway. The signature hole is the 18th, a par-4 with a lake that comes into play on the left and bunkers on the right.
